Family Search International is the largest genealogical information source in the world.

This week FamilySearch added 12 million new online records to its vast store of historic genealogical records. The 6.5 million indexed names and 5.6 million brows-able images come from Canada, England, Germany, Italy, Korea, Netherlands, Spain, and the U.S.

Nambour members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invited their friends to join them in the worth-while endeavour of a blood drive. Forty people turned up at the Red Cross Mobile unit on Saturday, 28 January.

The large semi-trailer parked on the basketball court of the Nambour meetinghouse, and donors lined up from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

In the Great Hall of Parliament House Canberra on 16 August, 2011, John and Lesley Bailey, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, were appointed Ambassadors for the Family for one year.
